Job Description
Work with clients to create detailed models using Revit based on their needs, including identifying project goals, objectives, and constraints. Develop construction drawings and other design documents.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling and design support.
Coordinate and manage Revit models.
Provide quality render outputs using latest tools and techniques
Provide quality animation outputs using latest tools and techniques
Provide quality brochure panel in formats that allow editing E-advertising, and printing outputs using latest tools and techniques
Create Revit families and CAD blocks.
Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers.
Review all work for completeness and accuracy
Use checklists set-up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadlines.
Provide an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry on a weekly basis
Complete printing and plotting requests.
Observe professional ethics.
Demonstrate proactive approach to learning of new digital design tools
Job Requirements
BSc Degree in Architecture from a recognized University.
Three years graduate experience in design
Required Skills
An excellent working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, ideally having worked on major design projects.
Excellent Modell rendering and animation skills using 3DS max, Maya, Blender or other similar tools.
