Job Description

Work with clients to create detailed models using Revit based on their needs, including identifying project goals, objectives, and constraints. Develop construction drawings and other design documents.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling and design support.

  • Coordinate and manage Revit models.

  • Provide quality render outputs using latest tools and techniques

  • Provide quality animation outputs using latest tools and techniques

  • Provide quality brochure panel in formats that allow editing E-advertising, and printing outputs using latest tools and techniques

  • Create Revit families and CAD blocks.

  • Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers.

  • Review all work for completeness and accuracy

  • Use checklists set-up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadlines.

  • Provide an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry on a weekly basis

  • Complete printing and plotting requests.

  • Observe professional ethics.

  • Demonstrate proactive approach to learning of new digital design tools

Job Requirements

  • BSc Degree in Architecture from a recognized University.

  • Three years graduate experience in design

Required Skills

  • An excellent working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, ideally having worked on major design projects.

  • Excellent Modell rendering and animation skills using 3DS max, Maya, Blender or other similar tools.
