Job Description

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of daily operation sites. This role involves coordinating various operational tasks, assisting with project management, ensuring resources are effectively allocated, and maintaining smooth communication across departments. The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing logistics, monitoring performance, and helping improve operational processes to ensure the company meets its goals efficiently and effectively.

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and quality performance.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational systems, processes, and best practices.

  • Liaise between departments (procurement, logistics, finance, HR, etc.) to support overall workflow.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to support decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate records, including operational data, budgets, and inventory logs.

  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships and follow up on deliveries and contracts.

  • Support the logistics team in scheduling, shipping, and receiving goods/materials.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0 - 3 years of working Experience in customer service, logistics, or process management is beneficial.

Required Skills:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and find practical solutions quickly.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail when managing schedules, data, and operational processes.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and basic knowledge of operations or project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).

  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
