Consortium of Ethiopian Human Rights Organizations (CEHRO) is a local network of CSOs registered on March 16th, 2018 by the Federal democratic Republic of Ethiopia Authority for Civil Societies Organizations in accordance with the new Civil Societies Proclamation No. 1113/2019 with registration number 3932. The objectives of the Organization is to ensure the existence of an enabling environment for human rights and democratic governance and to creating a platform for strong and vibrant human rights CSOs for the realization of human rights and democratic values in Ethiopia. Currently CEHRO has 32 active member CSOs from different

regions. Since its establishment in 2018, CEHRO has conducted several strategic activities which benefited its member organizations that can contribute toward realization of the collective CEHRO’s vision.

Objective of the Assignment

To provide high-quality graphic design and printing services for CEHRO’s Strategic Objective ,

ensuring both visually appealing layout and durable print production in line with CEHRO’s

communication standards.

Scope of Work

The selected printing company shall be responsible for the following:

• Developing a professional layout and design of the Strategic Objective using CEHRO

branding and content.

• Incorporating text, infographics, tables, and high-resolution images as needed.

• Delivering a print-ready version for approval.

• Printing 100 high-quality copies according to the technical specifications.

Design Specifications

• Layout Design: Full Strategic Objective layout using CEHRO’s branding (logos, colours, fonts)

• Page Setup: layout resized to 20 in × 17 in

• Software: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or equivalent professional software

• Color Profile: CMYK, 300 DPI resolution

• Graphic Elements: Icons, callouts, and illustrations as needed

• Infographics: Convert provided data into visually appealing charts or graphs

Review Process:

• First draft design shared within 3 days of contract start

• Up to 2 rounds of revisions included

• Final print-ready file submitted in PDF.

Printing Specifications:

• Quantity: 100 copies

• Page Count: not more than 18 page

• Size: 17 inches (height) × 20 inches (width)

• Interior Pages:

• Paper: 150-gram glossy paper

• Printing: Full color (CMYK)

• Cover Page:

• Paper: 250-gram glossy paper

• Printing: Full color (CMYK)

• Binding: Saddle-stitching or center staple

• Proof Approval: One physical and digital proof must be submitted for approval before mass printing

• Delivery Location: CEHRO Office, Addis Ababa

• Delivery Deadline: within 5 consecutive days after signing of a contract
