BA Degree In Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years of managerial experience in similar sector or any well-organized company. Duties and Responsibilities: - Directing and supervising village staff, including maintenance crews, recreation leaders, and other personnel. - Developing and implementing village policies and procedures. - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. - Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of village facilities, grounds, and equipment.
Provides human resources and related services starting from job vacancy announcements, recruitment, all the way to human resources management until termination. This deployment also offers unique services to a category of businesses that operate within industry parks, in addition to foreign employment agencies.
